Hola!! My name is Esther Manning and I am a mother of 4 beautiful and amazing kids. I am a grandmother of a precious 2 year old granddaughter name Arielle Manning and my handsome grandson Liam Villarreal. I live in Exeter, CA surrounded by beautiful citrus trees and the most famous Rocky Hill. I am a teacher who is dedicated to your child’s success! I will do whatever it takes to make sure your child is engaged in the learning process.
I am a graduate from Fresno State with a BA in Liberal Studies and a minor in Social Science. I completed my multiple subject Credential through Chapman University and cleared my CLAD through San Diego State University. I began my masters program in Education at Fresno Pacific and is currently on hold. I am DLL trained and bridged over to Reading Recovery. This wonderful journey has provided me with many amazing opportunities and life lessons along the way.
This is my second year teaching second grade at SCAM. I previously taught within the district at Burton Elementary for 13 years. But have had the desire to come back to Dual Immersion for many years. Before coming to Burton School District I taught at Washington Elementary school in Lindsay for 5 years where I also taught Dual Immersion behind the glass. I had the honor and privilege to serve under the director Debbie Arjona and was part of the team that helped implement the program in Lindsay from ground zero.
Prior to teaching Dual I taught for several years at Lincoln Elementary in Lindsay where I thought 6th grade and 3rd grade. I love teaching because it is truly a life-long adventure. It is exciting, ever changing and never boring. I am continually growing and learning alongside my students. My goals as an educator are to meet the individual and group needs of my students in ways that support and challenge them in order to foster the greatest intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
